Your access to and use of the Website and our Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Website and/or our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access the Website or use our Services.
If you are a Sandy Shore Maids potential customer or current customer or previous customer, or just visiting our website, these terms of service applies to you.
By using our Website and Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Sandy Shore Maids provides cleaning services in Orange County, California and the surrounding areas. Our Services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Services at any time without notice.

To book our Services, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact information, and payment details. You may book our Services through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked cleaning appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Payments for our Services must be made via the payment methods we accept, as indicated on our Website. All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms. We require a credit card to be on file with our credit card processor. We use a virtual terminal – no client information is saved anywhere on Sandy Shore Maid LLC’s computer or server. We place a hold/pre-authorization on the card on file before service to ensure availability of funds. At 11:59 on the calendar day the service took place, after the end of the service, we charge clients’ cards for cleaning completed that day.
You agree not to use our Website or Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Website or our Services. You also agree not to interfere with any other party's use of the Website or our Services.
All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Sandy Shore Maids or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sandy Shore Maids and its employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our Website or Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandy Shore Maids shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Website or Services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Website or Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
